The University Hospital of Navarre (HUN) is a public hospital belonging to the Hospital Network of the Navarra Health Service-Osasunbidea. It began its journey in April 2010 as a Hospital Complex of Navarra, the result of the integration of the Specialized Care health centers located in Pamplona and its region. Since 2018 it has been considered a University Hospital.

The Personalised Precision Medicine implementation at the University Hospital of Navarra involves many specialties and professionals (onco-hematology, pharmacogenomics, heart diseases and circulatory system disorders, eye diseases, metabolic diseases, neuromuscular and neurological diseases, etc.) which aims at knowing the characteristics that condition different therapeutic responses and to apply the latter to the people who benefit from them.

The Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN), through the Advanced Therapies Unit and the Hemato-Oncology Program of the Cima, deals comprehensively with the development, characterization and functional evaluation of advanced therapies, such as CAR-T cells, against cancer and other diseases of the immune system. Through the Cell Therapy Area, we have facilities with the most advanced technology, such as the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Laboratory, which allow the translation of scientific advances into new treatments for patients.
